“We were looking for an activity for Seth to participate in and given his attraction to all things ‘ninja’ we suggested karate. He tried it and loved it. We saw how much fun he was having and decided that it would be a fun and challenging way to get some exercise. We enjoy the family friendly atmosphere of the dojo. Nicole particularly finds that practicing karate is great at reducing stress and increasing confidence.”

Seth is in grade 4 at Spring Street Academy in Amherst. Andy is a Geographic Information Systems Analyst for the Province of Nova Scotia and Nicole is a Licensed Practical Nurse.

In August 2017, the entire family including Elia, who doesn’t training attended the PEI Karate Camp.
