Amherst Winter Carnival

The Amherst Shotokan Karate Academy will take part in the Amherst Winter Carnival again this year. On Saturday, February 15, there will be an Introduction to Shotokan Karate and Self Defence held from 10am-11:30am at 100 Spring Street, Amherst.

Winter Clinic a huge success!

The Maritime IKD hosted another great clinic on Saturday. Shihan David Pyke, 8th Dan, provided the large group of local karateka with an excellent day of training in basics, kata and self defense.
