Drinking water during training
#1
Question
My dad has been drinking alot of water for the past six months, and he hasn't gotten sick once in that time. Since water is important, in a two hour training session how many water breaks should be taken?

It all depends on the heat and how much you are exerting yourself. But remember taking a water break should be okayed by your instructor.

Hello,
On average for a 2-hour exercise, you should take a break every 30 minutes to drink water!

You take water after every one hour is best. It is applicable for all days.
